All Guests are requested to follow a few tips:
• No exclusivity is assured as there may be other guests availing the same facility at the same time.
• Swimming attire is mandatory, for usage of swimming pool (Nylon clothes only).
• Dance floor on selective times only.
• Payments should be made in advance before the date of the event.
• Rain dance with DJ is for 30 minutes only.
• Amex cards attracts 4% extra bank charges.
• Kindly confirm the date and number of people before 48hrs.

Cancellation Policy:
• Full refund for cancellation only if intimation reaches the Company in writing 30 days prior to the check in date.
• 25% retention for cancellation 15 days prior to check in
• 50% retention for cancellation 7 days prior to check in
• Full retention for cancellation within 07 days of check in
• In the case of No Show / Late Check in / Early check out there will be NO REFUND
• Any cancellation for the confirmed booking will have processing fees irrespective of the date of cancellation. Please note, the refund process may take 15 -20 working days.
Mode of Payment:
Cash, Online payment, Online transfer, Credit / Debit cards and cheque or DD in favor of “M/S RASHI ECO TOURISM LTD”.
Please note: In case the paymet mode is bill to company, we need the purchase order copy to be received before one week of your date of the event.
